目的探讨NCAPA联合盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿120例随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组:使用N-CPAP联合盐酸氨溴索静点治疗。对照组:使用N-CPAP治疗。观察两组N-CPAP通气时间、并发症发生率、平均住院日、死亡率、机械通气需求率指标。结果治疗组N-CPAP通气时间、并发症发生率、平均住院日、死亡率、机械通气需求率均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论 N-CPAP联合盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭效果良好,早期使用可减少患儿N-CPAP通气时间、并发症发生率、平均住院日、死亡率、机械通气需求率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of NCAPA combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in neonatal respiratory failure. Methods 120 cases of neonatal respiratory failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group: N-CPAP combined with intravenous ambroxol hydrochloride treatment. Control group: treated with N-CPAP. The duration of N-CPAP ventilation, the incidence of complications, the average length of stay, the mortality rate, and the demand rate of mechanical ventilation were observed. Results The N-CPAP ventilation time, complication rate, average length of stay, death rate, and mechanical ventilation demand rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion N-CPAP combined with ambroxol hydrochloride has good effect on neonatal respiratory failure. Early use of N-CPAP can reduce the N-CPAP ventilation time, the incidence of complications, the average length of stay, the mortality rate and the demand rate of mechanical ventilation.
