根据C-D生产函数构建R&D投入溢出效应的分析模型,并选取部分大中型工业企业的相关数据(1998-2007年)作为研究样本。实证表明:政府R&D投入的溢出效应比较明显;前一期的产业自身知识存量对当期的专利申请数作用不显著,但对新产品销售收入有显著的促进作用;前两期企业和政府R&D投入所产生的外部知识存量,对当期的专利申请数和新产品销售收入有显著的正的溢出效应。
According to the C-D production function, this paper constructs an analysis model of the spillover effect of R & D investment, and selects the data of some large and medium-sized industrial enterprises (1998-2007) as the research sample. The empirical results show that the spillover effect of government R & D investment is obvious. The former stock of knowledge of the industry has no significant effect on the number of patent applications in the current period, but significantly promotes the sales revenue of new products.
