制造麻醉犬左冠状动脉前降交(LAD)急性阻断模型,观察刺五加叶皂甙(ASS)对急性心肌梗塞6h后犬心肌乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)活性和游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量的影响。结果表明:ASS25rng/kg、50mg/kg均能明显提高心肌中LDH、CK活性,降低FFA含量。提示ASS具有抗心肌缺血作用,并与改善心肌代谢过程有密切关系。
Preparation of acute canine model of left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) in anesthetized dogs to observe the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine phosphokinase (CK) of canine myocardium after acute myocardial infarction 6 hours after acute myocardial infarction. The effect of free fatty acid (FFA) content. The results showed that: ASS25rng/kg, 50mg/kg can significantly increase the activity of LDH, CK in myocardium and reduce the content of FFA. It is suggested that ASS has an anti-ischemic effect and is closely related to the improvement of myocardial metabolism.
