研制了Ｅ面矩形波导中加载硅片作为光控介质的光控微波开关．采用光纤将激光脉冲光束通过ＳＥＬＦＯＣ透镜引入，实现光控微波功率开关的功能．这种开关的插入损耗小于１ｄＢ，脉冲响应快于０．０５μｓ，开关比优于４２ｄＢ，测试频率在８ｍｍ波段．
Developed a light-control microwave switch loaded with silicon wafer as a light control medium in an E-plane rectangular waveguide. The use of optical fiber laser pulse light beam introduced through the SELFOC lens, light control microwave power switch function. The insertion loss of this switch is less than 1dB, the pulse response is faster than 0.05μs, the switching ratio is better than 42dB, and the test frequency is in the 8mm band.
