脑脊液细胞检查有助确诊中枢神经系统肿瘤,国外已有较多报道,国内刘氏亦有报告,当脑血管造影、脑室气造影阴性时,脑脊液中如找到肿瘤细胞更有其特殊价值。由于脑脊液标本制备及染色法进一步发展,脑脊液中肿瘤脱落细胞阳性率不断提高,已引起神经科临床工作者进一步的重视。目前国外较常用的除Sayk沉降技术外,还有Seal过滤技术,以及将沉淀法与膜滤器结合起来的K(?)lmel氏法,脑脊液肿瘤细胞检查常用以下染色法: 1.Papanicolaou染色:这种方法已被证实在肿瘤细胞学上特别有用。2.吖啶橙荧光染色法:本法对查明胞浆活力有价值,一般恶性细胞胞浆活力是增强的。3.Schift氏过碘酸反应(PAS反应):腺癌细胞胞浆中常可查出PAS反应阳性物质,PAS在显示粘多糖的异常含量有价值,故有助
