“文化大革命”前,我在《文艺报》理论组和评论组做了几年编辑工作。“文化大革命”后,到了人民文学出版社,开始看理论书稿,后来主要看小说书稿,偶尔也管一点别的书稿,还编过一段时间的《新文学史料》、《新文学论丛》和《文学故事报》。在编辑工作中,我深深地感到:要当好一名编辑,必须不断地学习以充实自己,深入地思考以获得提高,认真地研究以开拓新的知识领域,反复地总结以促进自己的不断进步。下面,仅就工作中碰到的一些问题,自己在学习和思考中尽力提高编辑工作水平这一方面来谈点个人的体验和感受。 Before the “Cultural Revolution”, I worked in the literary newspaper theory group and comment group for several years. After the “Cultural Revolution”, went to the People’s Literature Publishing House, began to look at the theoretical manuscripts, and later mainly read the novel manuscripts, and occasionally also control a little other manuscripts, but also compiled a period of “historical data of New Literature”, “new literary theory” and “Literary story”. In the editorial work, I deeply feel: to be a good editor, we must continue to learn to enrich themselves, in-depth thinking to be improved, a serious study to explore new areas of knowledge, repeatedly summed up to promote their own Improving constantly.
