目的 为创伤性假性动脉瘤(TPA)血管内栓塞治疗研究提供动物模型。方法 运用显微外科操作,用双极电凝在12只兔的右侧胸头肌上烧灼出洞穴,并纵行切开洞穴对应处的右侧颈总动脉,褥式缝合二者的开口。结果 12只兔均于术后6~12d出现搏动性包块,3只免因TPA破裂出血分别死于术后第9d、12d、17d。余9个TPA的影像学、血流动力学及病理检查证实其发生机制及病理特征与人类TPA相同。结论 此模型可作TPA血管内栓塞治疗的理想模型。
Objective To provide an animal model for the study of endovascular embolization of traumatic pseudoaneurysm (TPA). Methods Using microsurgical operation, bipolar electrocoagulation was used to burn the caves on the right chest muscle of 12 rabbits. The openings of the right common carotid artery and the mattress suture were cut longitudinally. Results All the 12 rabbits showed pulsatile mass at 6 ~ 12 days postoperatively, and 3 died of TPA rupture at the 9th, 12th, and 17th day respectively. The imaging, hemodynamic and pathological findings of the remaining 9 TPAs confirmed their mechanism of occurrence and pathological features as human TPA. Conclusion This model can be used as TPA endovascular embolization ideal model.
