ERP(企业资源计划)建设作为企业资源计划的重新规划,必须和企业的发展战略紧密结合起来,才能站在企业长期发展战略的高度,着力打造核心竞争力,构建一个统一高效、流程驱动、全面集成管控的信息化管理平台。其中,企业财务部门作用与地位十分重要,在ERP建设各阶段工作中担负着不同的职责和任务,对ERP系统成功上线和平稳运行发挥着至关重要的作用。
