我们根据 Lessof 等的建议,食物过敏限于即刻的(1小时内)由于 IgE 的反应。食物不耐受其症状出现于进食后1至24小时之间。两者的诊断又佐以皮肤试验或放射过敏吸收试验(RAST,radioallergosorbent test,此试验显示出特异的 Ig 抗体)。本报告包括68例(男41,女27),初诊时其年龄范围是1月至11岁。(一)诊断方法:本组包括的病人在不进有关食物(一种或多种)则症状消失,以后至少有三次再进这有关食物(一种或多种)症状又复现。2例因症状严重,未行重复
According to Lessof et al’s recommendations, food allergy is limited to immediate (within 1 hour) due to IgE response. Food Intolerance Symptoms appear between 1 and 24 hours after eating. Both were diagnosed with skin test or radioimmunoabsorption test (RAST, radioallergosorbent test, this test showed a specific Ig antibody). This report includes 68 patients (41 male and 27 female), and their age ranged from January to 11 years at first visit.
