随着我国市场经济的不断发展,我国高等教育培养成本体制呈现出多样化趋势,传统的教育成本无法满足学校现在的发展。因此,建立必要的人才培养成本机制势在必行。健全人才培养成本的核算制度,不仅有助于学校经济资源优化和配置,还能够促使我国高校走可持续发展的道路。近年来,人才培养成本在我国教育中具有十分重要的作用,在未来相当长的一段时间内,教育培养成本的可持续发展将成为一个重要的话题。本文主要针对高校人才培养成本的核算、可持续发展性路径选择等方面做了简要分析。
