“创新是推动一切事物发展的原始动力。”从某种程度上来说,创新的实现是某个人个性化思维的展示,而想要达到个性化思维的显现,必须引导其多元化的思维。我们知道,任何事物都是多面体的,俗话说:“一千个读者就有一千个哈姆雷特。”新课改背景下倡导教学中孩子个性化思维、多元化思维的发展,对此,笔者认为作为教师,应顺应教育教学改革的发展需求,鼓励孩子多元化的思维。在此,笔者结合自己多年的教学 “Innovation is the original motivation to promote the development of everything.” To some extent, the realization of innovation is the display of individualized thinking, and in order to achieve the appearance of personalized thinking, we must guide its diversified thinking . We know that everything is polyhedron. As the saying goes: “There are a thousand Hamlet for a thousand readers.” Under the new curriculum reform, we advocate the development of individualized thinking and diversified thinking of children in teaching. The author believes that as a teacher, should conform to the development of education and teaching reform needs to encourage children’s diverse thinking. Here, I combine my years of teaching
