双酚A(Bisphenol A,BPA)作为一种重要的工业原料,广泛存在于塑料制品中。
Bisphenol A (BPA) is an important industrial raw material widely found in plastic products. Human exposure to various routes of absorption, and the accumulation of BPA in the body, occupational exposure to daily exposure and contact with the crowd in vivo BPA levels vary greatly, but even below the safe dose [50μg (/kg.d)], the mother in Perinatal exposure to BPA also affects embryonic development, and prolonged exposure to BPA in adults also has an effect on the health of the reproductive system; the extent and extent of the effects increase with increasing doses. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent too much exposure to BPA substances too early. The influence of BPA on the development of reproductive system in embryonic, infancy and adulthood as well as the effects of BPA at different dosage levels were analyzed from the routes of exposure of BPA to lay the foundation for future prevention and research.
