目的:探讨品管圈护理管理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中运用的效果.方法:研究观察2018年3月至2019年5月期间接收的100例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,随机分为对照组与对照组各50例,对照组运用常规护理管理,对照组运用品管圈护理管理,分析不同操作后手术效果相关指标、患者护理满意度情况.结果:在手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间上,对照组各项明显少于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P＜0.05);在患者护理满意率上,对照组94%,对照组70%,对比有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:品管圈护理管理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中运用可以有效的提升手术有关治疗恢复速度,患者护理满意度更高,整体效果更为理想.
