为提高电站直流锅炉蒸发区域动态响应的精度 ,建立了多环节集总参数移动边界数学模型。模型中不同区域(指过冷段、蒸发段和过热段 )分别采用不同的环节划分方法 ,单相区根据段长、两相区根据干度进行划分。而后引入特征参数之间的热力学关系式 ,在此基础上直接推导出适于仿真求解的二次模型。最后 ,文章给出仿真实例 ,并对计算结果进行了理论分析。分析结果表明 ,该模型能够正确反映了对象各参数的动态响应特性
In order to improve the accuracy of the dynamic response of boiler boiler evaporation region, a mathematical model of multi-link lumped parameter moving boundary is established. Different sections (ie subcooling section, evaporating section and overheating section) in the model are respectively divided into different sections. The single-phase section is divided according to the section length and the two-phase section according to the dry section. Then, the thermodynamic relationship between the characteristic parameters is introduced. Based on this, the quadratic model suitable for the simulation is deduced directly. Finally, the article gives the simulation example, and carries on the theoretical analysis to the calculation result. The analysis results show that the model can correctly reflect the dynamic response characteristics of each parameter of the object
