本文探讨了25例青年型高血压(JH)患者,23例正常血压青年人运动前后的血液动力学变。JH患者血压呈波动型变化,在血压正常期(<140/90)他们的血液动力学呈不正常:心脏指数高于正常组,P<0.001;阻力指数低于正常组,P<0.01;运动后的收缩压、舒张压、平均血压都高于正常组P<0.001。其中,运动后收缩压>正常组均值+2个标准差的占观察总例数的37.5%。计算每搏阻力(平均血压/每搏指数),发现JH组运动后阻力升高的占观察总例数的2/3以上。支持运动后阻力升高的其它佐证有心搏量减少和左心室射血时间指数(LVETI)延长。
This article explored the hemodynamic changes in 25 young hypertensive (JH) patients and 23 normotensive young adults before and after exercise. The blood pressure of JH patients fluctuated and their hemodynamics were abnormal during the normal blood pressure (<140/90): the cardiac index was higher than the normal group, P <0.001; the resistance index was lower than the normal group, P <0.01; exercise After systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean blood pressure were higher than the normal group P <0.001. Among them, exercise-induced systolic blood pressure> normal group mean +2 standard deviations accounted for 37.5% of the total observed cases. Calculated per stroke resistance (mean blood pressure / stroke index) and found that the JH group increased resistance after exercise accounted for more than 2/3 of the total observed cases. Other supporting evidence for increased resistance after exercise is stroke reduction and left ventricular ejection time (LVETI) prolongation.
