以氢氧化镁(MH)和氢氧化铝(ATH)为无卤基材,结合硼酸锌、红磷和硅酮复配制备无卤阻燃剂。将阻燃剂进行改性后与EVA/LDPE共混制备新型无卤阻燃材料。通过正交试验法,研究不同配方无卤阻燃剂对材料的拉伸性能和阻燃性能的影响,进而获得最佳的复配阻燃剂配方。结果表明,在ATH和MH总量为60份的情况下,当MH∶ATH为5∶1,硼酸锌加入量20份,红磷加入量4份,硅酮用量为3份时,复配后无卤阻燃剂对EVA/LDPE的阻燃性能满足垂直燃烧等级UL-94V-0级,机械性能也较好。
Halogen-free flame retardant is prepared by compounding with magnesium borate (MH) and aluminum hydroxide (ATH) as halogen-free substrate, combining with zinc borate, red phosphorus and silicone. Flame retardant modified with EVA / LDPE blends to prepare a new halogen-free flame retardant materials. Through orthogonal test, the effects of different formulations of halogen-free flame retardants on the tensile properties and flame retardant properties of the materials were studied, and the best compound flame retardant formulations were obtained. The results showed that when the total amount of ATH and MH was 60, when the ratio of MH :ATH was 5:1, the amount of zinc borate 20, the amount of red phosphorus 4, the amount of silicone 3, Flame retardant properties of the halogen-free flame retardant on the EVA / LDPE meet the vertical flame rating UL-94V-0 level, mechanical properties are better.
