目的:观察SD大白鼠颞下颌关节中P物质阳性神经纤维的分布与密度,为进一步研究P物质在颞下颌关节疾病中的作用提供形态学依据。方法:用SD雄性大鼠8只,取双侧TMJ,ABC染色镜检,计算机图像分析。结果:P物质阳性纤维分布于关节盘周附着、关节囊、滑膜、骨膜等组织中,尤其在这些组织的血管周围更为丰富。关节盘中除致密的中心区外均有阳性纤维分布。纤维密度以前部关节囊及盘附着最高。结论:P物质阳性纤维广泛分布于鼠颞颌关节中,是三叉感觉神经纤维的一部分。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the distribution and density of substance P-positive nerve fibers in the temporomandibular joint of SD rats, and to provide a morphological basis for further studying the role of substance P in temporomandibular disorders. Methods: Eight male Sprague Dawley rats were used for bilateral TMJ and ABC staining, and computer image analysis was performed. Results: Substance P positive fibers distributed in the periarticular attachment, joint capsule, synovium, periosteum and other tissues, especially in these tissues more abundant around the blood vessels. In addition to the dense disc in the central area of the disc are positive fibers. Fiber density in the anterior joint capsule and disc attached to the highest. Conclusion: Substance P-positive fibers are widely distributed in the rat temporomandibular joint and are part of the trigeminal sensory nerve fibers.
