在众多帕金森病(PD)细胞移植的供体中,肾上腺髓质细胞由于其存活率低已被淘汰。人胚胎腹侧中脑虽然研究最深入、广泛,但严重的伦理道德问题限制了其临床的应用。视网膜色素上皮细胞和异种胚脑组织是近年来发展前景良好的新型供体。神经干细胞-基因联合治疗为干细胞移植治疗PD提供了一个新方向。本文就PD细胞移植的这些供体研究做一综述。
Among many donors of Parkinson’s disease (PD) cell transplantation, adrenal medulla cells have been eliminated because of their low survival rate. Although the ventral midbrain of human embryo has the most extensive and extensive research, serious ethical problems have limited its clinical application. Retinal pigment epithelial cells and xenogeneic embryonic brain tissue are new donors with good development prospects in recent years. Neural stem cell-gene combination therapy provides a new direction for the treatment of PD with stem cell transplantation. This review summarizes these donor studies of PD cell transplantation.
