在电网全过程造价管控中,电网工程设备材料价格的准确计列,是有效提高工程估算、概算的投资准确性,提高公司投资效益和造价精益化管控的重要环节。本文综合应用相关性聚类分析、帕累托排序、统计窗口迭代等数理统计方法构建信息价格测算模型,根据国家电网公司OPGW光缆集中采购的相关数据测算出2015年第一季度OPGW光缆信息价格。经论证,信息价测算基本原理及测算模型科学合理,所得OPGW光缆信息价格符合市场规律,具有普遍性和指导性。
In the whole process of grid cost control, the accurate calculation of grid equipment cost is an important link in effectively improving the investment accuracy of project estimation and budget estimates, and improving the company’s investment efficiency and cost control. In this paper, the information price model is constructed by using the method of correlation clustering analysis, Pareto ranking and statistical window iteration, and the information price of OPGW optical fiber cable is calculated according to the data of central purchasing of OPGW optical cable by State Grid Corporation. Proved, the basic principle of calculating the information price and the calculation model is scientific and reasonable, the information obtained OPGW fiber optic cable price in line with the laws of the market, universal and guiding.
