喇嘛甸油田是大庆油田的大实验区,肩负着为油田开展高浓度聚合物驱油试验的重任,但是随着聚合物区块的浓度上升,检泵率逐年增高,这给油田经济效益带来了极大影响。而杆管偏磨问题又占到了相当大的比例,以南中东上返一区为例,2012年偏磨检泵率占到了73%,为此,本文从研究偏磨机理出发,着手配套工艺、日常管理两方面,同时结合高浓区块的开发特点和开发实际,分析了高浓度聚合物驱机采井偏磨问题严重的原因,提出解决方法,为下一步降低区块整体检泵率提供一定的指导和借鉴。
