目的了解慢性苯中毒者血清中叶酸和维生素B12水平,为慢性苯中毒的防治提供依据。方法采用化学发光分析仪和全自动血细胞分析仪分别对实验组13名慢性苯中毒患者和对照组35名正常对照者血清叶酸和维生素B12含量以及血细胞参数进行测定。结果实验组血清叶酸的水平(11.9±5.6)nmol/L明显低于对照组(24.2±8.3)nmol/L(P<0.05),试验组血清维生素B12的水平(154.9±57.2)pmol/L明显低于对照组(372.2±110.1)pmol/L(P<0.05),试验组白细胞(3.5±0.4)×109/L明显低于对照组(7.9±1.9)×109/L(P<0.05),试验组血小板(169.5±71.8)×109/L明显低于对照组(228.4±58.4)×109/L(P<0.05),试验组红细胞(3.8±0.9)×1012/L明显低于对照组(5.1±0.8)×1012/L(P<0.05),试验组血红蛋白(108.5±29.1)g/L明显低于对照组(141.5±16.1)g/L(P<0.05),试验组红细胞压积(33.0±8.0)%明显低于对照组(45.0±4.0)%(P<0.05),试验组红细胞分布宽度(46.3±7.7)fl明显高于对照组(38.8±4.8)fl(P<0.05)。结论慢性苯中毒者血清中叶酸和维生素B12水平偏低,在慢性苯中毒的防治过程中应加强该类物质的补充。
Objective To understand the serum levels of folic acid and vitamin B12 in patients with chronic benzene poisoning and provide basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic benzene poisoning. Methods The levels of serum folate and vitamin B12 and the parameters of blood cells in 13 chronic benzene poisoning patients and 35 normal controls in the experimental group were measured by chemiluminescence analyzer and automatic hematology analyzer respectively. Results The level of serum folate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (11.9 ± 5.6 nmol / L, 24.2 ± 8.3 nmol / L, P <0.05). The level of serum vitamin B12 in the experimental group (154.9 ± 57.2 pmol / L) (3.5 ± 0.4) × 109 / L in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.9 ± 1.9) × 109 / L (P <0.05), lower than that of the control group (372.2 ± 110.1) pmol / The platelets in the test group (169.5 ± 71.8) × 109 / L were significantly lower than those in the control group (228.4 ± 58.4) × 109 / L and the erythrocytes (3.8 ± 0.9) × 1012 / L in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group 5.1 ± 0.8) × 1012 / L (P <0.05). The hemoglobin in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (108.5 ± 29.1 g / L, 141.5 ± 16.1 g / L, P < 33.0 ± 8.0% were significantly lower than that of the control group (45.0 ± 4.0)% (P <0.05). The distribution width of erythrocytes in the experimental group (46.3 ± 7.7) fl was significantly higher than that of the control group (38.8 ± 4.8) fl (P <0.05). Conclusions The serum levels of folic acid and vitamin B12 in chronic benzene poisoning are low, and the supplement of these substances should be strengthened during the prevention and treatment of chronic benzene poisoning.
