吴阿姨在老伴去世后一直独居,最近一年睡眠不太好.通过监测睡眠发现,她入睡时间很晚,深度睡眠也很短.因为睡不好觉,第她二天情绪就更差了,近几个月情况愈加严重,有时候吴阿姨会突然陷入无法自拔的难受中.这与老伴刚离开时出现过的情况类似,但现在又是因为什么?吴阿姨想自己是不是患上了抑郁症?
