对46例全面性强直-阵挛发作病人进行血中三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、甲状腺刺激激素(TSH)检测,结果发现血中T3、T4、TSH水平与健康对照组相比无统计学差异(P<0.05),提示对垂体-甲状腺轴的功能没有影响;30例病人经苯妥英钠、卡马西平、丙戊酸钠治疗后,T3、TSH水平无变化(P>0.05),而T4水平明显下降,治疗时间越长,下降越明显(P<0.01),提示抗癫痫药物影响垂体-甲状腺轴的功能,使激素的分泌发生紊乱,随治疗时间的延长,药物对激素分泌的影响就越大。
