采用一次性被动回避条件反应—跳台法及避暗法的行为实验和5种化学药物所致记忆障碍的模型,观察了葫芦科植物绞股蓝的3种提取剂及单体Rb_1对小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果表明绞股蓝3种提取剂均可改善樟柳碱引起的记忆获得障碍;Rb_1可对抗30%乙醇和戊巴比妥钠所致记忆获得障碍;绞股蓝20%醇提剂对蛋白合成抑制剂(环已酰亚胺、氯霉素)造成的记忆巩固不良以及20%乙醇引起的记忆再现障碍均有拮抗作用。
