本文阐述了知识经济条件下人力资源管理的内涵及发展趋势,并就目前新形势下我国企业人力资源管理存在问题进行了分析,主要就企业中尚未建立人力资源管理体系,许多的人力资源管理的功能尚未完善,难以有效发挥规划并实施人力资源管理的整体功能问题加以分析,最后针对解决我国企业人力资源管理存在的问题提出了建议及对策。
This article expounds the connotation and development trend of human resource management under the condition of knowledge-based economy, and analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in our country under the new situation at present. The main problems are that the human resource management system Function is not perfect, it is difficult to effectively play an integral role in planning and implementing human resources management to be analyzed. Finally, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to solve the existing problems of human resources management in our country.
