本文主要针对带式输送机中的可伸缩带式输送机进行了结构设计,包括可伸缩带式输送机输送带的选择、中间架的选择计算、传动装置的设计、张紧装置、收放胶带装置的计算、托辊以及滚筒的选择计算等,并针对其结构及其工作原理作了概括性总结。可伸缩带式输送机利用传动滚筒与输送带之间的摩擦传递动力,在结构上增加了储带装置,这样可以实现整机的伸长和缩短,从而提高了工作效率,增大产量,减少人员操作,具有一定的工程实践价值。
