介绍了一种利用激光扫描金属薄板时 ,在热作用区域内产生的强烈温度梯度而诱发的热应力 ,使板料实现塑性变形的工艺方法。综述了其国内外发展现状及可能的应用领域、激光成形的机理和现有的主要模型 ,定性论述了影响成形的主要因素、存在的主要问题和今后的研究方向。
This paper introduces a kind of process method which utilizes laser to scan the thin metal plate to generate the thermal stress induced by the intense temperature gradient in the thermal action area so as to realize the plastic deformation of the sheet metal. The development status and possible application fields at home and abroad are summarized. The mechanism of laser forming and the existing main models are summarized. The main factors affecting the forming, the main problems and the future research directions are discussed qualitatively.
