在正常水分和PEG6000胁迫处理条件下,对玉米自交系黄早四和16份黄改系材料进行萌芽期耐旱性鉴定并筛选耐旱材料。结果表明,PEG溶液在浓度为-0.2 Mpa(11.96%)即可进行干旱胁迫处理。萌发耐旱指数(GDRI)和贮藏物质干旱伤害率能够区分材料的耐旱性,GDRI与贮藏物质干旱伤害率呈显著负相关。GDRI与胚根长伤害率、胚芽干重伤害率和胚根干重伤害率呈显著负相关。中胚轴长度、子粒鲜重和子粒干重不受干旱胁迫的影响,不能作为耐旱性鉴定的性状,可用于育种材料的筛选性状。根据PEG胁迫筛选,获得6份黄改系的萌芽期耐旱性材料。
Under normal conditions of water stress and PEG6000 stress, the drought tolerance of maize inbred lines Huangzao 4 and 16 yellow lines were identified and the drought tolerant materials were screened. The results showed that the PEG solution could be drought-stressed at the concentration of -0.2 Mpa (11.96%). The germination drought tolerance index (GDRI) and storage material drought damage rate can distinguish the drought tolerance of materials, and the GDRI has a significant negative correlation with the damage injury rate of storage materials. GDRI showed a significant negative correlation with the injury rate of radicle, the damage rate of dry weight of germ and the injury rate of radicle dry weight. The length of mesocotyl, the fresh weight of grain and the dry weight of grain were not affected by drought stress, and could not be used as characters for the identification of drought tolerance, which could be used to screen the trait of breeding material. According to the PEG stress screening, 6 yellowing lines of germination drought tolerant materials were obtained.
