从02年8月宣布成立,到06年8月,精功汽车仅用4年的时间,就成长为中国民营企业中独家同步经营客车和卡车的商用车制造企业。精功汽车的成长道路可以分成三个阶段:04年前是精功汽车的创业期,这一阶段的精功汽车走过了最艰辛的奠基创业期;05年是精功汽车的创业发展期,期间精功汽车的发展战略已经转向技术差异化的轨道,产品差异化路线创造了业内一个个精功速度,这一阶段可以看作是基础创业期的延续;06年是精功汽车全面启动期,在众多国内汽车制造企业还为产品同质化所困扰的时候,精功汽车已经开始走上了明确的品牌差异化发展之路。从产品到技术再到品牌打造,精功汽车的客车和卡车两架马车并行时,笔者认为,精功汽车所跨出的的每一步未必是最早的,但却是成功的。这一点,在精功汽车重卡品牌成长过程,最富有代表性。
