阐述了共振解调器的基本原理,基于此原理研制出了共振解调器,成功地从强大的背景噪声中提取了具有冲击性特征的轴承故障信号,使得滚动轴承的即时在线监测成为可能,并在轧钢机滚动轴承的在线监测中得以成功应用。
The basic principle of the resonance demodulator is expounded. Based on this principle, a resonance demodulator is developed, the bearing fault signal with impact characteristic is successfully extracted from the strong background noise, and the on-line monitoring of the rolling bearing is made possible.
