目的调查了解安徽省贵池区血防站的人才现状,指出存在的问题及建议。方法根据血防站最新存档资料的记录进行信息录入与整理,调查分析了2006年贵池区血防站所有人员的性别、年龄、职称和学历的构成情况,并结合血防现状对本单位目前的人才结构进行了分析评价。结果贵池区血防站共有在职人员102名,其中基层血防组37人、站医院37人、站职能科室28人,平均年龄为41.56±9.14岁,总体年龄结构偏老,2029岁组人数不足1%;基层血防组和站职能科室的男性均多于女性,而站医院则女性多于男性;高级职称和高学历人员太少,分别为1名和2名。结论贵池区血防站人才结构不合理,整体人员素质偏低,为了更好的配合现阶段血防工作的开展应该进行合理的体制改革。
Objective To investigate the current status of talents in the anti-schistosomiasis stations in Guichi District of Anhui Province, and to point out problems and suggestions. Methods According to the records of the latest archive data of schistosomiasis defensive stations, the information was recorded and sorted out. The composition of gender, age, job title, and academic qualifications of all personnel in the schistosomiasis control station in Guichi District was investigated and analyzed. The current talent structure of the unit was combined with the status of schistosomiasis control. Analytical evaluation. Results There were 102 in-service staff in Guichi district, among which 37 were primary schistosomiasis control teams, 37 were station hospitals, and 28 were functional stations. The average age was 41.56±9.14. The overall age structure was older, and the number of 2029 group was less than 1 %; The primary schistosomiasis team and station functional departments were more men than women, while the station hospitals were more women than men; there were too few senior titles and highly educated personnel, one and two respectively. [Conclusion] The personnel structure of the anti-schistosomiasis station of Guichi District is irrational and the overall quality of personnel is low. In order to better coordinate the current development of schistosomiasis prevention work, reasonable institutional reforms should be carried out.
