“有中国特色社会主义事业的建设者”是江泽民《七一讲话》中提出的马克思列宁主义新范畴 ,它在理论上回答了私营企业主的社会地位与马克思的劳动价值论的统一性 ,丰富与发展了劳动价值论 ;在实践上对调动全体社会成员、尤其是私营企业主的积极性 ,加速社会主义现代化建设的步伐有重大现实意义。本文从私营企业主是否创造价值 ,资本、技术、管理等生产要素参与收益分配是否合理 ,价值创造与价值分配的关系等问题作些理论探讨 ,从而阐明劳动价值论必须与其它马克思主义原理一样“与时俱进”
