目的分析骨盆骨折合并出血性休克的早期救治方法。方法回顾性分析2006-07-2009-07运用Ventilation(V)I、nfusion(I)、Pulsation(P)程序救治36例骨盆骨折合并出血性休克患者的临床效果。结果运用VIP程序抢救成功32例,死亡4例。结论合理的救治程序是骨盆骨折合并出血性休克患者成功救治的关键。
Objective To analyze the early treatment of pelvic fracture combined with hemorrhagic shock. Methods The clinical effects of Ventilation (V) I, nfusion (P) and Pulsation (P) procedures on 36 patients with pelvic fracture and hemorrhagic shock were retrospectively analyzed. Results The successful VIP program rescue in 32 cases, 4 patients died. Conclusion The reasonable treatment procedure is the key to the successful treatment of patients with pelvic fracture and hemorrhagic shock.
