原发于脾脏的恶性淋巴瘤临床上较少见 ,且无特异性临床表现 ,早期就诊时误诊率高。现将两院 1991年 10月～ 1999年 10月收治的 9例报道如下。1　临床资料1 1　一般资料　本组 9例 ,男 8例 ,女 1例。年龄 19～ 6 7岁 ,平均 46 2岁。病程 10ｄ～ 2年 ,平均 3 2个月。1 2　临床表 Malignant lymphomas originating in the spleen are rare in clinical practice and have no specific clinical manifestations. The rate of misdiagnosis during early treatment is high. The nine cases reported in the two hospitals from October 1991 to October 1999 are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1 1 General information This group of 9 patients, 8 males and 1 female.
