以白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞(LyC)及其亚群为靶细胞,评价放疗对乳腺癌病人免疫功能的影响及与病情进展的关系。病人在放疗中、结束及放疗后3个月内的细胞免疫功能都受到抑制,尤以放疗中更为明显,LyC对PHA的反应性也降低。放疗后复发或转移病人的WBC、LyC、TC、BC和TrC都低于无复发或转移者,更低于健康对照组。这些参数的变化与病情的发展密切相关,对判定病人的免疫功能及预后有重要价值。
WBC, LyC and its subpopulations were used as target cells to evaluate the effect of radiotherapy on immune function of breast cancer patients and its relationship with disease progression. The patient’s cellular immune function was suppressed within 3 months after radiotherapy, end of radiotherapy, and radiotherapy, especially in radiotherapy, and LyC’s reactivity to PHA also decreased. WBC, LyC, TC, BC, and TrC in patients who had recurrence or metastasis after radiotherapy were lower than those without recurrence or metastasis, and were lower than those in healthy controls. The changes in these parameters are closely related to the development of the disease, and have important value in determining the patient’s immune function and prognosis.
