用三维取向分布函数(ODF)分析技术研究了武钢微碳深冲钢板(03Al)在工业生产各主要工序中的织构特征与演变、力学性能和成型性能。结果表明:①热轧、冷轧与退火织构类型与铝镇静深冲钢板(08Al)相类似,但冷轧和退火后,有利织构明显增强;②武钢通过对碳含量在0.01%~0.02%的微碳深冲钢板进行成分设定和选定工艺参数,可生产出基本成型性能n=0.193~0.241、r=1.684~1.939的高品质的深冲钢板,其技术指标达到和超过了日本SPCEN深冲钢板的水平。
The texture characteristics and evolution, mechanical properties and formability of WISCO micro-carbon deep-drawn steel plate (03Al) in the main process of industrial production were studied by using three-dimensional orientation distribution function (ODF) analysis technology. The results show that: (1) Hot-rolled, cold-rolled and annealed textures are similar to those of aluminum calmed deep-drawn steel plates (08Al), but the favorable textures are obviously enhanced after cold rolling and annealing; ~ 0.02% of micro-carbon deep-drawn steel composition and selected process parameters to produce the basic forming properties of n = 0.193 ~ 0.241, r = 1.684 ~ 1.939 high-quality Deep-drawn steel, its technical indicators have reached and exceeded Japan’s SPCEN deep-drawn steel level.
