科学发展观是同邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想,既一脉相承又与时俱进的理论,共同构成中国特色理论体系。这体现为四个相同的理论和实践维度:“社会主义现代化”的任务维度,“走自己的道路”的路径维度,“执政为民”的价值维度,“社会主义初级阶段”的方位维度。科学发展观提出了发展与社会和谐统一的新要求,完善了党执政兴国的宏观大思路,跟上了当代人类更新发展范式的总趋势,有利于在新世纪抓住机遇、迎接挑战。贯彻落实科学发展观,将开拓中国特色社会主义更为广阔的发展前景。
