目的:采用抑制型离子色谱建立一种全新的方法检测氯化琥珀胆碱注射液中氯化胆碱的含量。方法:采用强亲水性的IonPac CS17阳离子交换分离柱分离,甲烷磺酸淋洗液梯度洗脱,抑制电导检测氯化胆碱的含量。结果:氯化胆碱的线性范围为0.1~100mg·L-1;线性相关系数为0.9997;检出限(S/N=3)为0.02mg·L-1;样品加标回收率介于80%~110%之间。结论:方法操作简单,选择性好,灵敏度高,结果可靠,完全满足氯化琥珀胆碱注射液的质量监测需要。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a new method for the determination of choline chloride in succinylcholine chloride injection by inhibition ion chromatography. Methods: The strongly hydrophilic IonPac CS17 cation exchange column was used for the separation. The gradient of elution with methane sulfonic acid eluent was used to inhibit the conductance detection of choline chloride. Results: The linear range of choline chloride was 0.1 ~ 100 mg · L-1; the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9997; the detection limit (S / N = 3) was 0.02 mg · L-1; % ~ 110% between. Conclusion: The method is simple, selective, sensitive and reliable. It meets the need of quality monitoring of succinylcholine chloride injection.
