利用SRV-4高温摩擦磨损试验机对0.3C-Cr-W高性能渗氮轴承钢进行了微动磨损试验,分别改变载荷和频率,研究了表面离子渗氮对摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢表面渗氮后渗层厚度为238.45μm,其中白亮的化合物层厚度为9μm,主要为γ′-Fe4N和VN两种相;渗氮后试样表面的白亮化合物层具有减小摩擦因数和提高耐磨性的作用;渗氮前后试验钢的磨损机制相同,前期以粘着磨损为主,以磨粒磨损为辅;磨损后期转变为以磨粒磨损为主,以粘着磨损为辅;渗氮前试验钢的磨损体积是渗氮后的3倍以上,表面离子渗氮后试验钢的抗微动磨损性能有明显的提高。
The fretting wear test of 0.3C-Cr-W high performance nitrided bearing steel was carried out with SRV-4 high temperature friction and wear tester. The load and frequency were changed respectively. The effect of surface ion nitriding on the friction and wear properties was studied. The results show that the thickness of nitrided layer is 238.45μm, the thickness of white bright compound layer is 9μm, mainly γ’-Fe4N and VN. The white bright compound layer on the surface of the sample after nitriding has a decrease Friction factor and improve the wear resistance; before and after nitriding test steel wear mechanism the same, pre-stick wear mainly to wear abrasive supplemented; late wear change to abrasive wear-based, with adhesive wear as a supplement The wear volume of the test steel before nitriding is more than 3 times of that after nitriding, and the anti-fretting wear performance of the test steel after the surface ion nitriding is obviously improved.
