本文应用ＰＣＲ技术在胃ＨＰ阳性患者的１８份牙斑标本中检出８份阳性者，２２份粪便标本中检出４份阳性者，结合我们既往应用快速尿素酶试验和牙斑涂片的研究结果和其他人的研究发现，探讨了ＨＰ的接触传播机制。
In this study, 8 positive samples were detected in 18 samples of gastric HP positive patients and 4 positive samples in 22 samples of stool samples.
