目的:提取和测定罗布红麻愈伤组织中的绿原酸。方法:利用改良索氏提取法提取了罗布红麻愈伤组织中有效成分,通过显色反应初步确定提取物中绿原酸的存在,利用薄层层析分离鉴定了绿原酸,用高效液相色谱法精确测定了绿原酸的含量。结果:3个样品中均含有绿原酸,1~3号样含量分别为46.11,24.55,62.49μg·mL-1。结论:通过建立罗布红麻愈伤组织培养体系生产高产量绿原酸是可能的。
Objective: To extract and measure chlorogenic acid in the callus of hemp. Methods: The active constituents of Callus were extracted by modified Soxhlet extraction method. The presence of chlorogenic acid in the extract was determined by color reaction. Chlorogenic acid was isolated and identified by TLC. Accurate determination of chlorogenic acid content by phase chromatography. Results: Chlorogenic acid was contained in all three samples, and the contents of 1-3 were 46.11, 24.55 and 62.49 μg · mL -1, respectively. Conclusion: It is possible to produce high yield of chlorogenic acid by establishing the callus culture system of Hebrus macrophylla.
