将广亲和品种02428、CPSLO17等与恢复系杂交的花培后代中粳型和偏粳型株系,与多个籼型胞质雄性不育系和两用核不育系测交,筛选出20个广亲和恢复系和3个强优势亚种间杂交稻组合。发现以狭谱型广亲和品种02428作广亲和基因供体较广谱型广亲和基因供体CPSLO17好;含两个恢复系的三交组合较单交组合更易重组出配合力强的广亲和恢复系。对广亲和恢复系的花培选育效果和广亲和基因的等位性进行了讨论,提出了实用型广亲和恢复系的概念及其选育的关键技术。
The japonica-japonica and japonica-japonica lines of hybrid cultivar Guangbaihuo 02428, CPSLO17 and other restorer lines were crossed with a number of indica cytoplasmic male sterile lines and dual-purpose nuclear sterile lines to screen out 20 broad compatibility restorer lines and 3 strong heterosis subspecies hybrid rice combinations. It was found that CPSLO17 was a broad-spectrum broad-compatibility broad-spectrum broad-compatibility gene donor with wide-compatibility type 02428 and CPSLO17 with wide-compatibility type wide-compatibility gene. CPSLO17 with two restorer lines was more easily recombined than with single crosses Wide affinity recovery system.
