本文旨在讨论IRCCD在不同的红外成象装置中使用时的一个重要指标——不均匀性的校正技术。文中首先就一些重要的红外成象装置对不均匀性的要求作了比较之后,着重讨论了IRCCD的不均匀性产生的缘由与描述方程式。根据导出的描述式拟定了几种可能的IRCCD不均匀性的补偿方法,并附带说明了关于“死点”的定义与校正方法。
This article aims to discuss the IRCCD used in different infrared imaging device, an important indicator - non-uniformity correction technology. In this paper, after some important infrared imaging devices are compared to the requirements of non-uniformity, the causes and description equations of the non-uniformity of IRCCD are mainly discussed. According to the derived description, several possible compensation methods for IRCCD inhomogeneities were formulated and the definition and correction method of “dead spots” were attached.
