背景:本刊自刊出有关双语教学的部分文章(见2003年1B刊、4A刊)后,读者纷纷给本刊来信、来电或发电子邮件,希望本刊刊出更多的关于双语教学的信息。4月上旬,《上海教育》理事会在上海中学召开了双语教学研讨会,上海市徐汇区教育局在世界外国语小学举办了外语教学国际论坛,国内外的专家就试验双语教学、推进英语教学等方面发表了很多有针对性的意见。现将这些意见分课程、教材、教学、师资、评价等方面予以整理,于是形成了本话题的内容。
Background: Since the publication of some articles on bilingual teaching (see Journals 1B and 4A in 2003), readers have sent letters, calls or e-mails to the journal. I hope this journal will publish more about bilingual teaching. information. In early April, the “Shanghai Education” Council held a bilingual teaching seminar in Shanghai Middle School. The Xuhui District Education Bureau of Shanghai held the International Forum on Foreign Language Teaching at the World Foreign Languages Primary School. Experts at home and abroad experimented with bilingual teaching, and promoted English teaching. The party issued a lot of targeted opinions. Now these opinions are organized in terms of courses, teaching materials, teaching, teachers, evaluations, etc., thus forming the content of this topic.
