本文提出一种把热电信号进行多场累积的象差处理方案。文中先对热电管在斩波工作条件下的一些特性进行了分析,提出了系统设计和参数选择的一些基本原则,然后介绍了对信号实行自动本底电平调整、温差补偿、圆消隐及斩波暗场倒相的方法。文中还对采用多场累积方式提高信杂比的问题作了定量分析。最后对用于实现信号多场累积和象差处理的帧处理器及其逻辑控制电路作了简要说明。 本装置的显示部分采用伪彩色编码方式。
In this paper, we propose a scheme of aberration processing for the thermoelectric signal to accumulate in multiple fields. In this paper, some characteristics of the thermoelectric tube under the condition of chopping are analyzed firstly, and some basic principles of system design and parameter selection are put forward. Secondly, the automatic background level adjustment, temperature difference compensation, Chopped dark field inversion method. The article also made a quantitative analysis of the issue of using multiple accumulation methods to improve the signal to noise ratio. Finally, the frame processor and its logic control circuit for multi-field cumulant and signal processing are described briefly. The display part of the device uses pseudo color coding.
