报道一种测量LiNbO3∶Fe单轴晶体光学不均匀性及其生长层的简便方法 ,由o—e光点间的距离随入射光束在晶体中位置的变化可以计算出晶体不同位置的Δne 的变化 ,而且可以测得晶体的不均匀性并确定出生长层的位置及其厚度
A simple method to measure the optical heterogeneity of LiNbO3: Fe uniaxial crystal and its growth layer is reported. The change of Δne at different positions of the crystal can be calculated from the distance between the o-e spots and the position of the incident beam in the crystal , But also the inhomogeneity of the crystal can be measured and the location of the growth layer and its thickness determined
