西方一位营销专家,曾经这样描述过五六十年代西方商业银行传统业务的繁荣景象:“主管信贷的银行高级职员,面色呆板地把客户安排在大写字台前比自己低得多的凳子上,居高临下,颐指气使。阳光透过窗子照在孤立无援的贷款者身上,他正在对银行的高级职员叙述着自己的贷款理由,而冰冷的银行大楼则宛如希腊神殿,让人不寒而栗。”读了这段令人哭笑不得的段子,不知读者有何感想?也许时光倒流20年谁都不会做任何的反应,因为那个时期我国商业银行也大凡这个样子。这一点,对于那个时期从事信贷业务的银行职员来说,绝对是比蜜还甜的感觉。而如今却是另一番景象,甜水骤然变涩,有人说这是一种说不出来的感觉,也许用酸甜苦辣形容最恰当不过了。
