本文测定于39例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清和脑脊液CK及CK-BB和11例正常新生儿血清CK及CK-BB,并对存活HIE患儿进行了平均12.6月随访观察,结果发现:HIE患儿血清和脑脊液CK及CK-BB显著高于正常对照组;血清和脑脊液CK及CK-BB增高程度与HIE临床分度一致;预后不良组血清和脑脊液CK及CK-BB显著高于预后正常组。血清中以CK>1500U/L;CK-BB>60U/L;脑脊液中以CK>15U/L,CK-BB>5U/L对判断HIE近期预后较有意义,其准确度达70~80%。
The serum and CSF CK and CK-BB in 39 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and the serum CK and CK-BB in 11 normal newborns were measured in this study. The average survival of children with HIE was 12.6 months Follow-up observation showed that the levels of serum CK and CK-BB in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of HIE children were significantly higher than those in normal controls. The levels of CK and CK-BB in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were consistent with those of HIE. Serum and CSF CK and CK -BB was significantly higher than the normal prognosis group. Serum CK> 1500U / L; CK-BB> 60U / L; cerebrospinal fluid CK> 15U / L, CK-BB> 5U / L to determine the prognosis of HIE is more meaningful, the accuracy of 70 to 80% .
