为实现YAG系列晶体生产过程所产生废弃物中的稀土元素的综合利用,以废弃Nd:YAG晶体碎片为原料,经过破碎、碱熔、水洗、酸溶、除杂等一系列工序,得到非稀土杂质较低的氯化钇钕混合溶液,直接作为萃取分离线的原料。实验选用的碱熔融预处理及环烷酸萃取除杂,可有效地将Al与稀土元素分离;而且碱熔融预处理工艺能显著提高废弃Nd:YAG晶体碎片中稀土酸浸出的效率。在最优条件下可回收高达91.3%的稀土元素。
