为减轻锅炉尾部烟道受热面积灰对运行带来的不利影响,本文设计了蜂窝外表面换热管(蜂窝管),完成了积灰特性的实验研究,测量了四种类型的蜂窝管以及光管在两种风速条件下的表面平均积灰量.实验结果表明,具有特定蜂窝分布的蜂窝管在高风速下抗积灰性能优于光管,根据实验中积灰形态推测,蜂窝有助于增加流场扰动减少积灰.“,”To mitigate the adverse effect of ash deposition on heat exchangers in the boiler outlet duct, a novel kind of heat tube with honeycomb structure on surface (honeycomb tube) was carefully designed and manufactured.Experimental studies on the ash deposition characteristics were carried out on four types of honeycomb tubes and the comparative plain tube by measuring the average weight of ash deposited on the surfaces of each type of tube under two different wind speeds.The results show that the anti-fouling performance of the honeycomb tube with a particular cellular distribution is better than that of plain tube at high wind speed.From the experimental results, it could be deduced that the honeycomb helps to reduce ash deposition via enhancing flow disturbance.
